Advancing a show means collecting venue details, set times, riders, ground transport, hotels, and guest lists from people who each know one part. Promoters reply in email, artists text screenshots of flights, and the manager has to remember what is still missing. The day sheet is only as reliable as that memory.
The system
A field registry names every piece of information, who supplies it, whether it is required, and where it should appear. That registry drives the manager intake, promoter form, artist dashboard, day sheet, and missing-information checks. Each person sees the same show through the fields they own.
When information is missing, the manager gets a draft reply containing only the outstanding fields, placed in the existing promoter thread for review. Confirmed travel and set times become calendar events with the venue, contact, and current day-sheet link. The demo keeps all email and calendar delivery disconnected.
A failed run resumes from the last durable step. Running the workflow again does not create duplicate drafts, events, or PDFs, and superseded files are removed.
